What are preserved flowers?

Preserved flowers are natural plants that are taken through a preservation process whereby it keeps them looking fresh for at least one year.

Our flowers are cultivated and selected in Kenya, the country where we initially created our preservation technique in 1984.

How long do preserved flowers last?

Depending on how you maintain them, our flowers will last at least a whole year and can easily exceed this timeframe.

How should I take care of my roses?

Your flower arrangement needs very low maintenance, all you need to do is remove the dust from time to time. To remove the dust it is very simple, you could use an air spray, a blow dryer from a distance or gently dap a wet wipe to the surface of your arrangement.

Can I customise my flowers?

Yes you can ! This is not an option on our website at this moment, but we can easily do this (*We can only customise rose boxes not our other collections). During checkout add the color rose you would like to add in your rose box.

Should I water my arrangement?

NO! With preserved flowers water damages your arrangement.

Where is Vermont Flowers originally from?

Vermont Flowers is originally from Kenya. After years of trial and error, in 1984 we invented the concept of preserving flowers.

Are preserved flowers real flowers?

Yes they are! Our flowers originate from Kenya from a variety of local small scale and large scale farms.




Shipping & Returns 

What is the shipping policy?

We have a variety of different options available to ensure your flowers are delivered at your convenience.

Ones your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number whereby you will be able to track your order and estimate the arrival day of your flowers. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service, they will gladly help you!

Can I return my arrangement?

Our flowers cannot be returned as the products is very fragile during shipping.

Your product can only be return if it is damaged upon arrival, this should be notified 48 hours after delivery. If you experienced this, please email our customer service. We will do our best to resolve this problem so you can cherish your blooms rapidly.
